San Francisco has been making games pretty interesting this post season. They start each game down and then have to come back for the win. While this game looked to be over early in the second half, SF somehow took it up about five notches thanks to that power outage. However, with first and goal and down by five, I thought they made questionable play calls throwing the ball the last three downs, which sealed the deal for them. Although, in this tournament, I wanted the Niners to win, I am still happy that the Ravens won and Ray Lewis could go out on top.
Adam Nelson finishes in first place with 468 points. He was the only person who had the Ravens QB on his roster. Therefore, he benefited from the 100 extra performance points that no one else had, plus the five extra points for Flacco being MVP. First place takes home $119. Laura Phillip came in second place with points. She will be receiving $34. In third place, and winning $17 is me. We were the only two people who had the SF QB. I was quite surprised that no one else had him on their roster since the Niners were SB favorites the entire season.
Here are the stats for the game: http://3206.benphillip.com/2013/balsf.htm
I will send an email to everyone as a reminder to pay your $10 if you have not done so already. Good luck next year!
